Today when trying to put away my wool that was still in a box, I found my Arbee Nylon Ribbon. It is so old they call it by another name now I think. Anyway, this is what I mean. www.griffco.ca/craftlon.htmI loved making coat hanger covers for the wood coat hangers. DD loves it and I have some different colors, she packed it in her new cupboard with some raffia in a plastic box.

I just love that little baby's hat on the second link, Br.
I have some coathangers like ones on the first link. They're great for hanging better clothes, delicate things - dd has a few in her wardrobe too, now that she's got a couple of knit things. They're also great for her strappy sundresses as they don't fall off like they do on regular hangers. They would be a great project for upper primary/early secondary girls I think.

That is interesting. Yes, I admit I still love the coathangers and use mine. And you are right, I think they don't take very long to knit, so before you know it you are sewing them onto the hanger, and I think I have one or two still in their raw state. It would be great if I had found a half finished one with the stitches cast on and the size of knitting needle still attached. Back to look at the link.
The babies hat is nice, I liked it too.

Those coat hangers are lovely! I have never heard of that product though, so wonder if we have an equivalent here in the states? That baby hat is adorable! ;D Great links BR thanks!
