When I was a little girl, that one day I would marry a Prince Charming and never have to do any work at all and I would have people to wait on my hand and foot. That no matter what I want ...it was mine ;D Now, my life is quite the oppisite, while I did marry a Prince Charming, I stiil have to cook and clean and stuff. And my dreams have changed, now I just dream that one day, things will be brighter and I will have grandchilren sitting at my feet learning and asking questions about their Daddy. I dream of vacations I may never take, and what it would be like to live the "jets set" lifestyle ;D. Don't get me wrong, I love my life (minus a few problems ;D) But I still dream of things that have yet to become a reality for me. What did /do you dream of?

Good thread.
When I was young I too, dreamed of Prince Charming and lving in a big home and having a cook..(y'all know how much I love to cook, not!) I wanted to go to college and travel the world.
Then I grew up...married my Prince, (well most days he is) live in a small home and do not have a cook, yep gotta do it all by myself. LOL. I didn't go to college and guess I don't miss what I didn't do...and the most travel I have done outside the USA is Canada and Mexico...
My dreams have changed of course. Now I dream of growing old gracefully, watching my grandchildren become adults and having my Prince by my side for a long time. Of course, I still occasionally think about travels and such, but I am content..
Please let me hear your dreams.

When I was young I dreamed to live on a farm and have many, many children....I dreamed of living deep in the woods and live as naturally as possible.
We did have 4 children, which is *many* I'd say...lol....but we never lived in the woods or have a farm. Maybe one day...it's still a dream I have, but I think it won't much of a big farm, that's for sure...lol...Pierre is not that type of guy.

of being a country music star! lol......believe it or not, I had the opportunity to pursue it when I was a teenager. I grew up singing in church, solos, weddings, funerals, and then later with a praise and worship team. I just decided I didn't want to go there. I married my prince and we have 3 "princes" of our own. That's dream enough for me.
