I am curious. Where do you live? Tell me what is your country, state or province and town if you wish. I think it would be nice to know exactly where we live!  I live in Canada, in the province of Quebec and my town is Boisbriand. |

I live in a leafy suburb called Canterbury, in the small but attractive State of Victoria in Australia, the other side of the world to most of you. The bulk of the houses in our area were built in 1910-1940, with some earlier and a few newer. We don't have a big shopping center around here, instead it's mostly "strip" shopping, that is where there are sections of the street that have stores along it. Pictures would make it easier, wish I had some!

We live in the small town of Chesnee, SC USA. Closest big city is Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC both are about an hour from me.

The nearest big city is Albany, which is my hometown. About 25 miles from our home.

I'm in California........the Sierra Nevada mountains outside of Yosemite National Park. The town is called Oakhurst. It is the end of the "Golden Chain Highway....49" noting the finding of gold all along this highway and the great California gold rush. Forty miles down the mountain is the big city of Fresno........in the central California San Joaquin Valley.
