I don't know what the deal is but the past two mornings I have slept in past 9a.m. ....I have been going to bed at the usual time, I guess I just need the rest...Anyone else having sleep problems? ...Maybe its the big change

Oh Jayne, I know just what you mean. But I always tell myself that I must need the sleep or else I wouldn't be still there. So if you can just rest and enjoy it. And Yes, I have problems sleeping. I have suffered from chronic insomnia most of my life. I take melatonin and yes it is worse now that I am in the change and don't take hormone replacement anymore..Ugh

I've been having the same trouble Jayne, I'm blaming it on the HEAT! LOL

Same here Jayne but I am finding myself FINALLY able to sleep most nights. I'm not doing anything different except maybe am more active now with the nicer weather. I can't sleep very well in the heat either, but these next few days are supposed to be low humidity! YEAH! ;D

That is fantastic Deed. I haven't done anything either, just moved house. Even if I have trouble sleeping after awhile I fall asleep despite the sleeping problem, weird.
