I ordered some seeds from Kings but the eggplant seeds were "temporarily unavailable" when they processed my order - so I asked them how I could get hold of them without doing another bulk order (and paying $3 postage) - they just asked that I send them 5x 50c stamps (the cost of the seeds) and a SAE and they posted the Florence Round Purple eggplant seeds back to me! That was nice and easy. These eggplants are hardy and grow quickly compared to other types, so I may have some luck with these in our cold little valley! Although when it is sunny, it is quite warm, as the valley acts as a "heat trap". Here's some info I found on growing eggplants: www.greenharvest.com.au/seeds/vegetables_d_l.htmlRosebee

Let us know how the eggplants grow, rosebee.
I've looked at that site before, but only at their sprouting equipment (I love "equipment"!) but have never bought anything. Good to know they give good service.
