That sounds like a good guide. My daughter wanted a vegie garden recently. It is autumn here, but it is amazing how many plants her Dad and herself found to plant. We were away last weekend, but her lettuces etc. look like they will be ready to harvest in a week or so.

Some seeds need pricking out or whatever you call it, and some light weeding and mulch. I hope we can do that for her tomorrow.

Edited to say I am loving looking through the Farmers' Almanac bean recipes.
