Berry Syrup 1 1/4 cups berry juice (eg. raspberry) 1 3/4 cups sugar 1 Tablespoon lemon juice Do not use more than 4 times amount at once. Bring strained berry juice and lemon juice to full boil. Add sugar. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into clean jars and seal. Process in hot water bath 10 minutes.

Great Ellise, but just one question, what do you do with it afterwards? Mix with water for juice to drink?
