We haven't had a swap for a longish time. From memory on past swaps, a swap notice is posted, in this case I would be doing it, then people sign up for it if they are interested. I list gets made after the due date for sign ups and from that list you find out who you are posting to and who is posting to you. A date is set by the coordinator for a mail out date. Since postcards I assume are inexpensive to post internationally I thought that might be nice. Any thoughts? I will read up on what was done in the past and give you more details about how it works with addresses etc. Have a think anyway.

I read back and found we did this with addresses:
"You then need to contact your partner by private messaging to give your address."
The postcard would be a normal travel one of your country, state or town you live in, it is up to you, even animals where you live.

That's sounds interesting! Postcards are a great idea, plus you can make your own if you have a digital camera and printer! Sign me up....let me know when we start

I'd love to do a postcard swap! We should also add stickers or stamps or even our own artwork (if anyone is creative?) to personalise the card.... ;D

Oh Linda, I think this is just great. Isn't it strange how things happen? I just talked to my co-administrator Sandy, about doing one on GPC too. Just wanted to tell you so you wouldn't think I was hi-jacking your idea. Count me in too. I love it. Love and Tight Hugs, Sky
