I have a pan that was my Mum's. It is aluminium and has a handle. I really love it. It seems that they have new better ones these days. I didn't even know mine had a name. It is jam or maslin pan. They are large and wide, can be handy for picked fruit.

The handles and pouring spout are still the same, and impressive in the steel.
