1/2 cup soft butter 2 T parsley 1/2 t garlic 2-3 t lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Combine all in a bowl. Present in a nice container with a loaf of homemade bread or some fancy crackers.

I remember learning how to make something like this at school. We tried to make it into a long roll maybe with greaseproof paper and putting it into the fridge to later cut into little rounds I guess. Nice on steak?

Car, I use to make these and tuck them into pretty baskets with breads and crackers as gifts.
