A while back, can't remember how long ago, I received an email in my inbox stating the benefits of honey and cinnamon. Maybe you have all seen it? I'll put it in another post. I had been drinking a tea made of 2 cinnamon sticks cooked in water with a bit of honey on and off as a tea. In the last 2 or 3 weeks, I increased my consumption of this to between 4 and 5 cups a day. Here is what I have noticed. This is the first fall where I have not caught a serious cold, flu, bronchitis, or pnuemonia. Just yesterday I took off my coat when I came into the house an felt something missing. My clothes were too loose on me, I felt alot of my stomach and behind missing. And I have been eating out alot this past week. My waist is smaller. I feel much lighter. I have not excersized much and I have been eating very rich foods and this has happened. I noticed it increases your metabolism and you feel warm inside. Just thought I'd share. Oh, I drink a 2 liter bottle of water a day besides this.
