When I read the description of this it sounded terrible! However, I have just heard good things about it on Lifestyle food. It is used to make a Chinese chicken stock, I think called master stock chicken.

Like 8 teabags in a pot and add milk and sugar and some cardamon pods. Really yummy. My asian friend taught me that.

We had some tea in a pot last night, and I just remember I am going to use the tea for an ingredient in a cake today.

It is very interesting about the cardamon in the tea. I had my first chai tea a week or two ago.
