We stopped at Good Will to grab a costurme for the church Christmas play (she plays a peasant) and she tried on tons of skirts, jeans, pants, and blouses. . . . some were really cute. We ended up buying: one pair of jeans 3 blouses 6 skirts 2 videos movies set of champagne glasses to use for Doug and Brenda's wedding We spent $31 and change. Deana got a black leather skirt and a cute maroon top to wear to the school Christmas concert She is just such fun to watch as she tries on stuff. . . . she makes silly comments about how she feels like a grandma in this one, this one doesn't say WOW! It's Deana!, and so on . . . . At any rate-- after we paid and left, she says--- well, I guess you don't have to buy me any clothes for Christmas- I got tons now. I asked her if she minded if she didn't get NEW stuff, and she said "Nope, as long as it's cute and it fits- it's fine with me." I am so blessed.

Now she sounds like my kinda' gal!!!
I agree, you are blessed. Most teenage girls I know would "freak" out if her clothes didn't come from some pricey store in the mall.
What a beautiful, smart gal you have!
