Today I got three school uniform items, a sports shirt, winter pants and jumper (sweat), a picture book, a really nice one, a shirt for dd8 and t-shirt for me for $5AU, which didn't seem much.
Later on, dd14 brought home a huge bag of clothes that he was given by people who were given the clothes originally and didn't need those ones, and it seems even went to the trouble of having ds try them on. He always complains of having no clothes, so he will be happy now, PTL!
A couple of days ago she got a baby born pusher at the same place. Earlier, dd found a baby born at goodwill (op-shop) with basket, liner, pillow, blanket etc. with two monitors for $10 which sounds like alot, but I am sure those dolls cost the earth. DD was really happy. She does have one already, but I like to see her play like a child, at least for a little while yet. It is nice also for her little sister. She has already picked out baby born clothes for her birthday which is coming up soon.
