My DH has been talking about buying bread tins to bake bread from ebay. I had already bought the match to our original bread tin so we could make two loaves, from a collectables shop.
Imagine when he went to the tip with prunings and found some bread tins, quite a few from what he was saying. They just need wire brushing.
I think that is amazing and a real blessing.

That is amazing and a wonderful find. I would be thrilled too btw...what is a "tip"? I'm sure we just call it something else here.

It is a dump. I used to translate everything, sometimes when I read it back it sounds like I am trying to impersonate Americans so I try to talk like myself now lol. Not sure which is best.

That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. I think you should talk like yourself. Easier for you, and we learn something when you do

Thanks Michelle. The tins were apparently with the metals so nice and clean. We are allowed to take things.
He was telling me they are exactly the size he wanted, what we used to call high tins when we were little.

Br I think dh and I may need to come up there for a day out! What a great find! That was really lucky.
I looked at the first link you posted but refuse to look at any more, if my jeans get any tighter they'll burst! I don't need any delicious recipes unless they're vegetable, with no sauce!

Yes, it would be a bit much if you live near Baker's Delight.
