The other day I noticed that there was a piece of mini-orb in the driveway. DH had brought it home from the tip or dump. Then we were discussing a window hood for our room which cops alot of afternoon sun. We have a house that is built between 1900 and 1930 so we thought we could use the iron or mini-orb for the hood or awning.
We didn't have enough so today dh went back to the dump, and fortunately there was a heap there. Now to find a design.
Mini-orb was used in alot of old houses and sheds here and is back in fashion with a permanent color on it in the shops.

That is quite stunning br. When that type of scrolled work is used in the states on porch post and roof pitches we call it gingerbreading! Love it
