When they bought the train depot- it was a mess. My entire family (including my sister, my FIL, and others) pitched in to help renovate it. I spent hours hanging off scaffolding, scraping/priming/painting the exterior. . . . hanging dry wall in the interior. . . .

They are waiting for the insurance adjusters to come this week, then they'll have it bulldozed down.
