The company that I get Christmas hampers from sent me today a gift. It is a clock with date and a calculator. The good part is that you can convert your time to Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago and New York.

Can you tell me which is Eastern Time, which is Mountain Time etc.?

Eastern time zone is on the eastern side of the USA, some states have more than one time zone. Like I am in eastern KY and am on EST, but my dd who also lives in south central KY is on Central time zone. If you go west you go into Mountain time zone and then far west is Pacific time zone, say California. . Hope that helps br.
