Me too. I have had hedgehogs in the garden though. Seems it is pretty common around here.

It is funny I don't even know what France's wildlife is off the top of my head.
DH saw some very skinny foxes last night, and some wombats.

Possums are a very unpopular animal in Melbourne. They are runining many people's gardens. My Mother loathes them - they've chewed some of her very best plants, killing one. There doesn't seem to be a solution to stop them eating garden plants here though. I suppose with the drought they seek out the well-watered gardens with delicious leaves.
