I miss calculated a couple of small things that would come out of my cc. this month. The girls were good and mostly stuck to their allowance at the show. The meals are going OK. We were a bit worried what to put with our lentil burgers but found something. I have money in a side account for ds and dh hair cuts today.
I like hearing about how you are going Jayne.

It turned I didn't miscalculate at all but had some over, which I should have left in savings, sometimes it is hard to do all the workings out.

Oh I agree br. It is hard. Sometimes when I work on our budget I just want to throw it in the trash. LOL. But of course there is always just enough and for that I am thankful. One good thing for us is that the payment on the new house will be way less than the one we are paying now. And the taxes and insurance will be rolled in making it about the same. So we will be much better off.

Well the savings are still there for this fortnight a week in and I haven't touched them, although I do have a slight dilema. I have flights to book and am worried if I wait too long I will miss out, although they are not for me, it is part of a birthday present.
I even managed now to buy a dinner set at a collectables shop. Did buy a flexible muffin pan, was wanting the heart shaped one and dh bought the round one. Oh well. They are interesting.
Today the menu plan was finished and the food bought, hooray!
