This the sound me me beating my head against the wall. I have *****ed up my checking account and tapped my line of credit. I cannot figure out if I am actually overdrawn or not, and had to contact the customer sevice people to try and figure it out. When am I going to learn? When will I get myself under control??? I am so mad at myself and disgusted. Just when I think I am doing good, it is like someone else takes over my brain and I go bonkers. I just want to sit down and cry.

Don't cry Cheryl. The only way I can cope with cheques is to write them very infrequently, even then it is a big worry usually.
I try to use bpay or something like that.

Years ago it was great. The bank wrote out bank cheques for us, they didn't cost anything. I would get them all made up on payday and I didn't have to wait for them to clear.

I guess you could average out your bills and put the money into a special account each pay, I did that in our old house, and seemed to be more on top of things then. It took a bit of work to get it started. I went through my account book and wrote it all out on a page.

This account is an individual account I set up when I was selling rubber stamps. I kept it just to use for incidentals. I think I have it straightened out now.
