I just wanted to pop in an say hi! I have been so busy lately!
You see, some of you know and some do not, we had a dispute with out landlord earlier this year and we thought about moving. MJ decided not to. But the more we worked to pay him the more we wanted to!
You see the deal is this, 2 years ago we signed a 2 year lease with option, which we were supposed to decide on this year. Well we didnt really want to buy the place after all but the boys were settled and all, so we were mulling it over. Then one day we get an ote in the mail, we have 10 days to pay the BACK due taxes or move..... So MJ called the LL and he would not budge, I called a lawyer who said no you dont HAVE to and if he tries eviction he will lose.
Long story short I wanted out MJ didnt, so we stayed paying back taxes on a rental house.
Well the end of June MJ had had enough. He told me "If you and Drew (oldest son) can find us a house for $500 down and $460 a month, we will move.
With in 24 hours we had our house! MJ i think is still dizzy! You see, March was not God's timing, as this house still had folks in it then. BUT June was HIS timing! And so I have been busy moving and working on PH, the mall there has some great crafters in it!
Anyway I want to share pics of the before, we dont have any afters yet of the house. When i saw it i was in LOVE, but hated the carpet, MJ was the same the next day when he saw it. well under the carpet was hardwood floors!
We didnt have time to sand them all but got most of the diningroom done before we moved in and the pics are after the carpet but before the sanding.
I can not get pics to work on my pc, no clue what is wrong MJ has promised to try and help this weekend. So I aimed them to a friend and she posted them, here is a link to the pics, and a post i made explaining what each one is!

I,m sorry to hear you had troubles with your landlord, but all seems to have been resolved and I think your new home is going to be great!
