Not quite heaven, lol, but certainly an unexpected source.
A friend has her name down to do market research. Every now and then someone will call and ask her to come along and answer questions, for which they pay very nicely. She got me involved in one group thing, and now once or twice a year they will call me to do something.
So yesterday, feeling rather broke, I was very pleased to receive a call from the marketing woman, Jan. Someone had dropped out and would I be available at lunch time today for a 35 minute discussion on pharmaceuticals for a cash payment of $50? You betcha! The sessions are often interesting too.
