Anyone do this? Have no spend days, that is. It would be an effective way to reduce spending for me as I cannot walk in to the supermarket to buy milk and come out with only.....milk. There will be at least a couple of things that I see and then need!

I have been thinking about this, I am not sure but I think I do it. Today however, the girls bought a magazine at the newsagents. Maybe I can come back to this in a couple of days and see how I get on.

It seems that some people pick a day on which they will not spend. I do have days like that, but not by any particular design, I just have no need to buy anything.
