Crock-Pot Apple Butter 2 cup applesauce ½ teaspoon allspice 1 cup sugar ½ teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon cinnamon Mix and stir until blended. Cook, covered, in Crock-Pot on high for 3 hours. Then cook uncovered for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Pack into clean, hot ½ pint jars, filling to a half inch of top. Seal with hot lids and rings. Boil jars 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
