When I get stressed or am facing something I dread, I just whisper the name of Jesus....oh what a peace it brings to my troubled mind....we are never alone when we call on Him. He walks right beside us on those rocky paths.... Simple I know, but oh so true.

I have felt that peace in very difficult situations.
With having to go to outings etc. I have been scared of my husband's ex and my ILs. I have found that better peace comes with staying away. I feel that the scared feelings may be there to protect me.

Lynn, oh so true....somtimes it's easy to just start the worrying and forget to take it all to Him. What peace there is in His name.

What a beautiful thought Lynn. Thank you so much for sharing that with us. Sometimes I think we get caught up in thinking we have to utter long, wordy, and creative prayers when all we really need to do is call His name.

Oh Lynn how true, how true, I tend to pray and or cry & pray when I feel overwhelmed, especially when driving.
