Well It's me checking in to say hi and let you all know that I haven't abandoned you as your co-owner.
Things are proceeding well, just never fast enough for me. I don't have much patience and I know God may be trying to teach me to wait on HIM.
I am packing more today and a lady and her soon to be dh came by yesterday to look at this home for her son's from a previous marriage. The son's are in their 20's and she thinks it is time for them to get out of her home. LOL. Momma bird is pushing them out of the nest.
She is bringing them by today to see it and if they like it they will make me an offer. It seems we have so many offers out there, but the guy with cash is the one I am most interested in. LOL. Not to be greedy, just to make it faster and easier on me.
I hope you all are doing well and thanks to each and everyone of you who are striving to keep this board going while I am moving. Your all so dear to me. A better group cannot be found anywhere. We may be small in number but we sure are big in heart!! So thanks!
Ok, off to make that paper rattle and that tape stick.
