Summer Scrubs
finely ground citrus peels finely ground apricot, peach or nectarine kernals (inside the pit) cornmeal oatmeal wheat germ - especially good for sensitive skin Depending on your skin type, you can mix the dry ingredients above with a little water for oily skin, a little oil if your skin is dry or sour cream and yogurt if you have normal skin.

Equal amounts of sugar (natural skin softener) and salt (exfoliator). Mix with a small amount of olive oil. Use on dry skin (hands, feet, elbows, legs). Rinse well and pat dry. Beautiful soft sheen on skin.
