I have just come home from the Health food shop with my sixteen year old son. We enjoyed browsing. It is closeby and seemed to have a lot of spices.

I have never heard of it. What is it anyway?

I am not sure. It sounds Indian, will have to do some more investigating. It is just that I saw it in Safeway here in Australia, it is new I think, not that I get to go to Safeway very often.

The tin's cute, it smells nice....now for the chance to use it. I had intended to use the pistachio dukkah, an Egyptian blend of nuts and spices, as described on the tin. It can be mixed with olive oil and lemon juice to make a paste which is spread on chicken fillets and then baked.
I had anticipated serving it with rice, lentils and vegetables, however eldest ds has requested a particular favorite of his instead, so it will have to wait until next time.
