Do you menu plan?
How far in advance?
Does it save you money?
Do you make the menu, then buy the food, or do you look at what you have then make the menu?
Are you good at following it, or is it a wasted effort?

Do you menu plan? Yes more now than before
How far in advance? at least 1 week, when I can I like to go 2 weeks
Does it save you money? usually it does but with Daniel's new pickiness it seems to cost me a bit more
Do you make the menu, then buy the food, or do you look at what you have then make the menu? I look to see what I have first, make a mini menu, then I go grocery shopping then figure out the rest of the menus
Are you good at following it, or is it a wasted effort? For me that kind of tetters both ways, sometimes I can really stick to it other times, well... not so much

I must spend some time working on colors.
Do you menu plan?
Yes.
How far in advance?
Two weeks.
Does it save you money?
I have done it for awhile so not sure how to think about it.
Do you make the menu, then buy the food, or do you look at what you have then make the menu?
I buy the meat or start with ideas, then work on it again when I come back from the shop.
Are you good at following it, or is it a wasted effort?
Our meals come out about 11-12 out of the 14 meals the same. Usually those meals aren't exactly worked out as 14 meals are alot. Sometimes you can find one left over meal.

Do you menu plan? yep
How far in advance? 1 week
Does it save you money? imho, it cuts down on impulse buying and keeps me from running to the store because I didn't know what would be for dinner that night.
Do you make the menu, then buy the food, or do you look at what you have then make the menu? go thru the sale papers and plan the menus around the meats that are on sale.
Are you good at following it, or is it a wasted effort? works great for me.
