We don't usually make them into something else. A good idea. This is my favourite, my daughter has been mentioning carrot cake!: CARROT SLICE1 Packet Greens traditional carrot cake 1 egg 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup water 1 cup unsalted peanuts chopped 1 cup coconut ½ cup raisins chopped ½ cup dried apricots diced 1 cup rolled oats Instructions 1. Preheat oven 180ºC. 2. Grease and flour large square cake tin or two slice tins. 3. Mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon. 4. Place into 2 greased and floured slice tins or 1 large square tin. 5. Bake 180ºC 40 minutes. Note: This can be made without eggs by using half a banana or 1 grated apple instead of the egg.
