I was wondering if you used it alot. I think you use it more than we do in country Australia.
I quite like it in biscuits.

It does make good biscuits, doesn't it?
I substitute it for milk in alot of bread recipes i.e. cornbread, hush puppies.
My mil makes a buttermilk pie that tastes alot like a custard type pie. She also takes buttermilk capsules for cold sores.
My dad likes cornbread crumbled in a glass of cold buttermilk.
