Do you buy cabbages? What do you use them for?

I use cabbage for mostly chow mein which is a hamburger dish with chicken noodle soup in it and curry powder. We used to have nasi goreng, which is a rice dish with vegetables. The other day we had Irish cabbage with bacon (rind). We also use it with sauerkraut and rookwurst sausage for Bigos.

What do you use cabbage for?

Cabbage sliced thin and stir fried is good in ramen noodle soup. Or in stirfry with thin sliced carrots, onions, and chicken and chinese noodles with equal amounts of soy sauce and sesame oil. Very good. Or use in egg rolls.
