I see those in the stores and I want one but I have not seen one that is non stick. I don't like scraping crud ;D I love paella though. I don't put in all the sea critters though, only shrimp and chicken. Eating those timy octopuses just doesn't seem appetizing. I don't like mussels either. But I love the seasonings and the rice.

And I just remembered we are having it tonight. I have to use the chicken before it goes off.
