Are you talking about the thin sheets of gelatine? They only sell that kind in France and I have no idea how to use them. We do not have jello here, do they have that in Australia? I miss the different flavors.

We have jelly crystals in Australia. I haven't seen jello, maybe I could order some from Melbourne to try. I think we mainly had Cottees when I was growing up, now we also have aeroplane. You dissolve it in hot water. Port wine was the must have flavour in those days.
The jello that I could order would be from an American shop, we don't have jello.
