Homemade would be better. But they are good with an avocado dressing in a wrap with lettuce I think. I haven't had them that way for a little while. We had some with potato added and a salad. I really enjoyed that. Although the wrap disguises the raw taste from the mix well. Violet? I read on a website yesterday that it is good if you have little money as a $1.50 box I guess can make you full for quite awhile. I loved the salad. Falafel with Parsley SaladServes 4 100g falafel mix 4 spring onions, half finely chopped, half sliced lengthways 1 large potato, peeled, grated 1 cup chopped parsley 3 ripe tomatoes, seeded, thinly sliced 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil lemon wedges, natural yogurt, to serve Combine falafel mix and 1/2 cup water in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, potato and half of parsley. Mix until combined. With wet hands, form into patties. In another bowl, combine sliced onion, remaining parsley and tomato. Season and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan on medium. Fry falafel for 5 minutes, turning frequently, until golden all over. Serve with parsley salad, lemon wedges and yogurt. From: Australian Table Magazine October 2006 coles.com.au/table/index.aspwww.nsm.com.au/

We had a felafel hamburger last night, I really liked it. We had to use damper rolls instead of pide rolls. I will post recipe soon.
