He's not good-- I spoke to MIL this morning. He's not talking at all now, can't feed himself, still doesn't follow commands.
My niece is going to sit with him today (she's an RN too) and hopefully we'll know more tomorrow. The rest of the family aren't medically inclined and don't know what questions to ask, and don't understand half of what is told to them.
