I'm not feeling very good this week. Today my deceased uncle (my mom's oldest db) is exposed and it's the funeral....I have been anxious about it all week. I feel sick in my stomach and don't feel courageous to go to this funeral.
There will be alot of people and I am not sure how I can do this.
Can you pray for me~for courage~and so my anxiety goes away....thank-you.

My biggest worry was that I wouldn't have anything to wear on the day, or babysitters. Is it in a church with rows of seats? I don't find funerals crowded except maybe one where there was unusual seating.

How is it going Lucie? Remember no outing ever turns out quite the way we imagine. I hope you have something nice happen to make it worth it, which I am sure will happen. If you get too excited to sleep later you can always chat to those of us who are up at that hour. God bless.

Lucie No need to be nervous hon, a funeral is a way of saying goodbye to a loved one and to rejoice and celebrate their life and the time you got to spend with them. You will be fine, just be yourself. And I'll be right there on your shoulder saying, come on Lucie there is Aunt Mary, you haven't seen her in ages, go talk to her, tell her about Pierre and the boys. It does get easier once you start, I promise.
