He got his lab results back. Triglyceride reading was 999. His b/p is also way too high, but he is currently taking 2 meds to bring it back to the normal range. He is also having some moderate chest pain.
So his dr has ordered a stress test, which is set for Monday morning. He is only 38....and we have no way of knowing anything re his family medical history, since he was adopted at birth. Of course, we are very concerned and he is especially anxious, as this bears heavy on his mind. I am worried about all of it, but I am trying hard not to let him see it and trying to reassure and talk positively to him.
We would surely appreciate your prayers. Thanks a bunch!!!

Oh Lynn, you certainly have my prayers. I know how scary this must be for your dh as well as yourself.
Hope he passes his stress test and can get that b/p down and those triglycerides way down.
Please keep us posted as we care...And know I will sure add him to my prayer journal.
Hugs and love

That's no good Lynn. Dark chocolate is supposed to help with bp, even if it is the thought that counts.

I have an update!!! The dr's office called this morning....when he went in this past week, they drew more blood and *apparently* there was mistake. 314 instead of 999. Yep, still too high, but not nearly as high as they thought initially!!! PTL \0/\0/\0/
He is still going to have the stress test on Monday as precautionary measure.
Just wanted to share and thank you all for praying!!!!!
