Anyone keep a prayer journal.
When someone asks me to pray for them or someone else, I like to jot it down with the date in my journal. I also list my own prayer requests there.
My favourite thing to do is go back and write in the answer to the prayer. God always answers!

yep, I have one. Not only do I journal prayer requests, but also thoughts and inspirational quotes. Somedays I list my blessings re my senses..I may write: What I am hearing (the birds chattering outside my window....what I am seeing (a clean desk), what I am smelling: cinnamon potpourri, etc.
I also use it as a place to vent. Then I ask God for wisdom and forgiveness for being so upset and letting my emotions rule me.......
It helps me alot.

I haven't felt like that for a long time. Maybe I am very blessed.

Journaling is a wonderful way to note our feelings, blessings and other things. I have many journals I have started over the years. Sometimes is just helps to write your feelings down on paper.

I actually bought a Christian Family Planner from Amanda's preschool this year. I take it everywhere with me. There are monthly calendars, and a weekly view - which has a place for prayer requests and praises. It also has a menu planner and grocery list for each week.
I love being able to have all my "stuff" in one spot and since I carry it everywhere I can write down prayer requests easily.

That's a great idea, Cheryl. I would like to have something like that. I always have lists stuffed here and there.
Yes, BR, you must be very blessed indeed. I find writing out my frustrations and then praying for Godly wisdom in how to handle it, brings great comfort to me.
