My cousin's daughter Becca (I guess that makes her my 2nd cousin) is a teaching missionary in Zanzibar. She is in her mid-twenties.

She had to have her tonsils removed and was taken to Nairobi for the surgery. One of her incisions began to bleed and she was taken to the ER for emergency cauterization. She has some complications and had to receive blood.

I hear she is better, but still in the hospital. Please, please pray for her recovery AND for her family here in KY who is just distraught over their child/grandchild being so ill and a world away.
