We are in the midst of great financial struggles in our home. Therefore, I have several specific prayer requests:
1) We need the money to pay the car insurance that will come due in June.
2) The girls need new church shoes. (They have shoes, but I prefer they not wear old tennis shoes or flip flops to church.) Neither one can get their old ones on anymore.
3) Our van needs repair as the brake light keeps coming on, and there is an electrical short somewhere. We need this vehicle. I use it to take the girls back and forth to school, and we use it if we travel. We will be going to KY for a family reunion in June. We want to go because one of my aunts has cancer and we want to see her.
We need financial mercies to meet these needs. I am asking you prayer warriors to help me in this time. I will report God's provision

Cheryl I wish we lived closer, my dh is good at repairing wires, although the newer cars are very complicated aren't they? We are so lucky here they seem to charge very little for that type of thing.
We have had a lot of luck with goodwill for shoes at different times. There are some shops that seem to always have something nice, maybe try one out of your area.
Maybe try something different with the food to get the extra few dollars to squirrel away for the insurance. Awful to start it but very liberating.
I am worried about some things too, have quite a bit left over each week but find it is like throwing a pack of cards up in the air sometimes lol.
Prayers being said.

I little thoughts, not too sure how useful.
How about pay by the month insurance?
I have a shoe problem at the moment too. The cheap shoes make my daughter walk with her foot turned. To get runners I need to go 1 1/2 hours away. So far I have done nothing. I need to try to go there I think.
Do you think you are panicking? It is a worry not knowing what will happen. I don't like unfinished things.

Thanks BR - I am not panicking, but DH is bit. I just want to be praying about these things so that I can have some comfort. God says he'll meet our needs, and I have to trust Him. As for shoes - someone has taken care of that for us! Isn't God good?

Thanks ladies! A nice angel sent the girls some shoes and dresses from a closet clean out. One down and 2 to go!
