This turned out so well, I will I had a photo to share. "Pet Celebration Cake" from: www.pets.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=14264originally from a book. Good for dogs or cats 1 1/2 c. whole wheat/wholemeal flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Combine in a bowl and set aside. 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. coarse liverwurst 4 1/4 oz. jar of strained beef (or veal) with broth (baby food) 4 large eggs Beat together in a separate bowl until smooth. 4 beef jerky treats for dogs, broken into small peices Fold jerky into wet ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch round pan and bake at 324 F for about 50 minutes, or until cooked through. cool in pan. process cheese slices for garnish In the book, the author took cheese slices and letter cookie cutters and cut the letters of the dogs name out of the cheese slices, and put it on top of the cake after it was turned out on a platter. I bet you could "ice" the cake with peanut butter, then put the chease slices name on top as well." I used beef risotto baby food, half a large can.
