My peonies have bloomed and died off, and let's face it, they look nasty! So my question is, now what do I do with them?
Do I just cut off the dead flowers and leave the green bush?
OR
Do I cut back the entire bush? I say bush because mine are planted in 2 groups. If I do this how far down the stems do I cut or rather leave?
TIA

Dee,
I leave mine up as greenery. But most people here cut them down to the ground after they bloom. You can do either.
