Thanks to MV's suggestion for a gardening magazine this month, I found the freesias that I really want to buy. Most catalogues have refractor alba as the old fashioned freesia, the one I wanted is called Frankston, maybe it is Australian?

Alba is creamy white sometimes with a purple blush. Frankston is cream with a golden throat. Both are scented.
