I am very excited today, I got one of these plants in the mail. It is like this:

They are very old fashioned. I saw them once in House & Garden magazine in Australia.

After rushing to our new house mid week to plant this, yesterday I debated covering it after the frost we had around Tuesday, and the frost cut it. I made the wrong choice unfortunately. Never mind, there is always another day. We are usually frost free after the first week in October, maybe not so much the mountains. Not sure.

Here's hoping. He covered it up after the frost.
