take care of the bill paying in your home, or do you do it, or perhaps it is a joint effort.
I do it in my house, but sometimes dh sits with me and ummm.....watches...LOL.
I wish it were a joint effort, no I really wish he would do it and just keep me informed.
What's your take...

I handle it all, I wish he'd help out , at least he's willing to take them once in a while! Now, he does the Online paying.

I ask dh to do the phone paying of the bills sometimes if it is annoying me or I am tired, once every blue moon.

Oh Lynn, you are so blessed. I wish my dh would do it. I just really believe in my heart that God intended for men to assume that responsibility. No offense to anyone who does it themselves.

It just works better for us. He has a mathematical mind. I do not. It's just that simple. I know that sounds like I'm ignorant....I have my strengths. Math is not one of them.

Maybe that is why I do it. I have the number oriented mind here. Hack is good with measurements and other figures but I do business books for extra money and I am detail oriented and love to crunch numbers.

Jack does all ours too ;D I used to do ours, but just after I was diagnosed with cancer in July '03, I gathered everything up, handed it to him and said, "here they are all yours!"  I had enough on my mind at the time and didn't want to miss paying a bill. |

I am strange Lynn, when I do our money I dont like it but when I do the books for the two small businesses I love it. Guess cause it is someone else's money.
