I know this forum said no bashing, but I just got to complain a bit here!

With all the flooding going on around us, we have been trying to contact family members to make sure everyone is okay.

So I told Jack how bad it is down by his sister Nettie's place in Scranton, PA and said we better call her.

Okay he gets out my little phone book dials and gets a wrong number! I said did you dial the correct area code? Her area code was changed several years ago.

He said no, we have free long distance now with our new all-in-one TV-internet-phone set up.

I said that's right it is included in our new set up but you still have to dial the area code! So he does that and gets just beeps. Now I watched him dial and he didn't put a '1' in front of the area code!

Are all men dense or is it just mine?

ROFLOL. I have to admit that Hack can't dial the phone either....he just hands it to me..I think he is a faker and can really dial but he likes me to baby him....

Now Deed, take a deep breath...remove phone handset from Jack, now bonk him in the head with it. and ..................RUN...that wouuld be a gentle bonk..

It could be worse...my MIL handed the phone to Dave once years ago and told him to call someone for her. She was only 45 or so! Talk about L-A-Z-Y....or entitled

Oh and I do think you should bonk him over the head...just be sure you have your running shoes on when you do

lol, I know this is an older thread, but I thot my h was the only one that 'pretended' he didn't know how to push the buttons on the phone..and I fell for it for quite some time. And when I quit,told him his fingers work just as good as mine, I got the rolling eyes thing too.
