The oats are good for his heart health as well.

My favorite is this recipe, haven't had it for awhile though, although I have been looking for a recipe.

"Yoghurt Dressing

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
juice of 1⁄2 lemon
ground black pepper

For a spicy "version" add to above:

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin or paprika
1⁄2 finely chopped onion

STEPS

1. Combine and mix well."
