And it's making me nervous. I don't understand why. It's a regular dr's apointement follow up which I go every 3 months or so...but I am feeling anixiety.  Sometimes I don't understand my body reacting..... |

I get like that too. But you know what? It always eases my mind when I talk to the dr and tell her what's going on. I'd much rather know, than to sit at home and wonder, kwim? Our minds can be so cruel.

Some doctors surgeries have scarey waiting rooms, that doesn't help. I was so blessed last Friday to have such a lovely waiting room here, I took our daughter.
Hope everything went well.

Thank-you dear friends! (((hugs))) I got back at 5h15! Phew! I waited from 2h45 until 5 pm to get in the dr's office! It was a long wait! I fell asleep waiting. lol And well, I have only good news. My dr was happy to see I lost weight. My BP was good and everything else. He told me to be back in 3 months and that I'll be passing control bloodtests this spring. So all is positive!  Thanks everyone for your encouragements! |
